This blog was set up as somewhere to write about astronomy and astrophysics related stuff. It covers a whole variety of topics within astronomy but tends to have a slight bias towards the radio end of the spectrum. At the moment it is written mainly by Stuart but with occasional contributions from Megan and Peter. It comes to you from roughly 2 deg 18' W, 53 deg 15' N.

It can get lonely out here in the outer spiral arm of the blogosphere so why not send an email or add a comment somewhere.

The image at the top was drawn by hand with the night sky taken from Stellarium. The silhouettes are of the Lovell, Mark II and 42ft radio telescopes at Jodrell Bank Observatory.
