Tweet Minister

On 8-9th June 2009 an impromptu conversation started on Twitter between Lord Drayson and some science-related twitterers including: @skyponderer, @DrLucyRogers, @PD_Smith, @tim_harper, @AlexConnor, @joergheber, @2020science, @imascientist, @alicebell, and @dr_david_w. The conversation started with concerns about the fact that he had become joint Minister of Science & Defence Procurement and what that might mean for science. The conversation is also peppered with mentions of Lord Drayson's racing team who were at Le Mans. It turned into something akin to Question Time on Twitter. At the end of the conversation @TimesHigherEd (the newspaper supplement) got involved too!.
